Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation. You can cancel a Pro or Billable subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds. If the Service materially fails to work for you, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked.

How refunds are processed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Free tier. The free tier is free; nothing to cancel or refund.

Taxes. Indian customers are charged GST-inclusive pricing; a GST-compliant invoice (with GSTIN field) is available on request.
