Terms of Service

1. Service. Focus Fence ("the Service") generates task breakdowns, scope verdicts and scope briefs from text you submit. Output is guidance, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions made using it.

2. Acceptable use. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it at scale, or resell its output as a competing automated service.

3. Plans & billing. The free tier allows 5 breakdowns per week. Paid plans (Pro, Billable) are billed via Razorpay/Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page, in INR or USD. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

4. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates of hours and cost are indicative only.

5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus Fence's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
